Homemade Veggie Beef Soup

2lb. Hamburger (85% is the lowest I'll go for this)
1 large onion, diced
carrots, diced
celery, diced
red potatoes- bite sized chunks, uncooked
cabbage, chopped
frozen corn
beans- lima or green (frozen)
Salt and Pepper
Beef Bouillon Cubes or Beef Broth
1 can condensed tomato soup
Gravy Browning Agent

Heat Stock Pan (or large pan) with 2T oil. Add onion, carrots, celery sautee for 3-5minutes, add crumbled Hamburger. Cook thoroughly. Drain off as much grease as you can.

Add potatoes, corn and beans to meat/veg mixture. Add can of tomato soup and enough liquid to make it about 2in over the top of food. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. You can always simmer for much longer...this is just get it on the table as quick as you can because darnit we are HUNGRY!! ;)

Add Cabbage, stir well, remove from heat, cover. Let sit for 10 minutes. Dish it up & enjoy!!

~As you can tell, this is one of my 'made-up' recipes so there are NO measurements. Just eyeball it..I add more carrots, because we ALL like carrots. NOT alot of Lima Beans because...BYUCK!!! Just make it to you and your families taste..=)
