2c peanut butter, creamy
2c white sugar (I use 1c white, 1c brown)
2 eggs
2t baking soda
1 pinch salt (I don't use it)
1t vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, stir peanut butter, and sugar(s) together. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the baking soda, salt, and vanilla.
Roll into 1 in. balls, criss-cross w/ fork dipped in sugar.
Bake 8-10 minutes...DO NOT take off cookies sheet for a couple minutes, they will fall completely apart. Optional, top with Hershey's Kisses before you take them off the cookie sheet too. P.S. I am gonna try the candy cane kisses on them next ;)
This made around 4dozen cookies for me =)
